Khobar’s recent nosocomial MERS outbreak continues with another case reported exposed at a local healthcare facility, while Qweyah reports a case with animal exposure.
Still, for most of the cases we’ve seen recently, no known exposure risk has been identified.
This raises to 57 the number of cases reported thus far in February, making this the 4th biggest month for MERS cases in the nearly 3 years we’ve been following this disease. The MOH also reports two recoveries, and the 18th and 19th deaths over the past ten days.
