The Hofuf (aka `Hufoof’, `Hafuf’) outbreak in Northeastern Saudi Arabia continues with the 37th case announced since mid-April, this time involving a healthcare worker. Although details on many of these cases remain vague, the majority of them appear to be the result of nosocomial transmission.
