The OIE has confirmed the report from earlier today (see Finland Testing Dead Birds In Alant Islands), adding in the details that roughly 60 birds were found dead on November 12th on the Alant Islands off Finland's Southwest coast, and that 2 have so far tested positive for the H5N8 virus.
