Jiangsu Province has reported 3 new cases of H7N9 infection this morning, and Zhejiang has reported 5, making at total of 71 (plus 1 asymptomatic PRC positive case in Beijing), and 14 fatalities.

Regarding case counts, while a great deal of emphasis is placed on them – particularly by the media - the reality is we have no idea how accurate of a representation these numbers really are.
There may be a lot of mild, or even asymptomatic cases, not being picked up by surveillance. Or not.
We simply don’t know. And until serological testing can be done, we probably can’t know.
Their real value lies more in determining trends, and as pieces to the epidemiological jigsaw puzzle that this emerging virus presents.
The more pieces we have to look at, the better overall picture of the disease that will emerge. But its a time consuming, and exacting process, and answers – thus far – remain elusive.
