Saudi MOH: Two New MERS Cases

My thanks to Helen Branswell for tweeting that the graphic on the Saudi MOH site had been updated, with two new cases.  Below is the media statement, which describes a case in Riyadh and a case in Jeddah.  Epidemiological details, as usual, are scant.

 

Health: registered cases of HIV infection (Corona) New in Riyadh and Jeddah

In the framework of the epidemiological investigation and ongoing follow-up carried out by the Ministry of Health for HIV (Corona) that causes respiratory syndrome Middle East MERS-CoV Ministry announces for the registration of cases infected with the virus.

First of a citizen in Riyadh at the age of 72 years old, and has several chronic diseases and receiving treatment intensive care and his condition is stable, and the second of a citizen in Jeddah at the age of 43 years old, and had no chronic diseases, as well as does not have a history of travel outside the province of Jeddah recently, and receives treatment intensive care. We ask God's healing for them.
