My thanks to @HelenBranswell for alerting me to this update on Twitter.   In the past hour, the Saudi MOH has posted a brief announcement regarding three additional MERS-CoV cases in or near Riyadh.  While we only have a machine translation to work with for now, one appears to be a 14 year-old contact of a previously confirmed cases, who is reported in stable condition.

Two others (ages 79, and 45) are described as having `chronic diseases”, and appear to be contacts of previously confirmed cases as well.

As usual, we learn very little beyond a general location, age, and a vague description of their condition.  Onset dates or date of lab confirmation are not provided.
