CDC Contact Tracing Infographic PDF

# 9004

Although we’ve not seen any imported cases of Ebola (other than two patients evacuated from Africa), the CDC continues to create new, or updated, guidance documents on the Ebola threat.  As long as the virus continues to circulate in Africa, the possibility of seeing one or more  imported cases cannot be dismissed.

This morning we saw release of guidance on mortuary removal and handling, while  this afternoon we have new a new infographic (see above) on contact tracing, and interim guidance for EMS Systems and First responders, along with some updated guidance on specimen collection and and update Q & A on the virus.

Given the size of these documents, I’ve just provided the links for you to follow below:.
