From time to time it is my pleasure to point out another blog where my readers ought to pay a visit. Effect Measure, written by the Revere's, gets mentioned here often for their fine treatment of public heath and bird flu issues.
But today, I'm going to refer my reader to them for a comment made by Margo Picatus to one of their blogs, not to their own efforts.
