OCHA Japan SITREP # 10

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) have released their 10th situation report on the rescue/recovery operations (dated March 18th) in the aftermath  of the 9.0 Tohoku earthquake a week ago last Friday.

 

Among the many concerns today is the return of inclement weather, which affects both the survivors of the earthquake and tsunami along with the ongoing rescue & recovery efforts as well.
