A Bangladeshi doctor, who was working at Prince Salman Hospital in Riyadh, died on Wednesday and it is suspected that he died of the MERS coronavirus, sabq.org quoted hospital sources as saying.

The website did not give the name of the doctor but said the man was showing symptoms of being affected by the deadly virus. The hospital had given the doctor maximum care to save his life, the sources said.

Without expressly identifying today’s case as Bangladeshi doctor, today the Saudi MOH has announced the death of a `health practitioner’ from Riyadh.   A h/t tip to @Ironorehopper for tweeting the link.
