The Saudi MOH has published their daily MERS report and it indicates one new case in Al Madinah Al Munawarah, although the English language version of the announcement lacks the usual line listing.
Based on my interpretation of the Arabic version, and the table at the top of the graphic, it appears this patient is a 70 year old male, who is in stable condition, and his exposure is under investigation.
