Although you wouldn't know it by checking the Saudi MOH's 2019 list of MERS cases (see above), yesterday the Saudis reported a new primary MERS case in Riyadh, but have yet to link to it on the main reporting page.
This is the second reported infection from Riyadh in the past the past 4 days (see Saturday's Saudi MOH Reports 1 Primary MERS Case In Riyadh). Both cases are listed as having `unknown' camel contact.
Reporting of cases by the Saudis just before, and during Ramadan and the Hajj are often erratic. Last year, the Saudis decided to revamp their website the week before Ramadan, and daily MERS reports ceased for nearly 3 months.
