The Saudi MOH hadn't reported a new MERS case since December 20th, but overnight two new cases appeared; a 48 y.o. male from Medina (now deceased) and a 72 y.o. male from Riyadh. Neither supposedly have had recent contact with camels.
The cases are dated the 2nd and 3rd of January, but the Saudi MOH apparently has just set up thier website to report cases for 2020, as they weren't visible when I visited the site yesterday.
