A statement published in the past couple of hours by the Health Commission of Zhejiang Province, confirms 5 nCoV2019 cases - all apparently with epidemiological connections to Wuhan City - are isolated in local hospitals.
The (translated) press release (below) appears to bury the lede, as the first half describes the 1st confirmed case - on the 20th - and only after that does it reference the other 4 positive cases, confirmed as of 1200 hrs (local time) on the 21st.While they aren't reporting any hospital staff or family contacts being infected, right now we don't have a good handle on the incubation period for this virus, so that could always change.

On January 21, the National Health and Health Commission confirmed the first case of pneumonia in Zhejiang Province with an imported new coronavirus infection.
The patient was male, aged 46, and had long lived in Wuhan. He went to Wenzhou on January 3 by driving himself from Wuhan, and was diagnosed with fever on January 4. He was treated in isolation at Wenzhou Designated Hospital on January 17.
The test by the provincial disease control center shows that the specimen of the patient is positive with a novel coronavirus nucleic acid. On January 20, the specimen was sent to the China Disease Control and Prevention Center for a review and test of viral nucleic acid, and the result was positive.
On January 21, the diagnosis group established under the Epidemic Situation Leading Group of the National Health and Health Commission assessed as a case of diagnosed pneumonia with a new coronavirus infection. The patient's condition is stable, and its close contacts are in medical observation.
In accordance with the provisions of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Infected with New Coronavirus (Trial Version II), as confirmed by the laboratory of the Center for Disease Control at the provincial and municipal levels, except for the first confirmed case at 12:00 on January 21, 4 cases of pneumonia infected with new coronavirus have been confirmed by the provincial diagnosis expert group, and 5 cases of pneumonia diagnosed with new coronavirus have been reported cumulatively, among which: Hangzhou 1 case, Wenzhou 2 cases, Zhoushan 1 case, Taizhou 1 case.
All cases were Wuhan residence history, travel history and close contact history. At present, 5 patients are stable, 88 people in close contact are observed in medical observation, and no symptoms of fever and other respiratory tract related symptoms are found.
