A little good news.

Just 24 hours after announcing it would take another 4 days to completely test all of the crew members aboard the quarantined cruise ship World Dream, Hong Kong officials have announced that all test results have come back negative, and that the passengers are free to disembark.

Cruise quarantine completed, passengers allowed to land

Liang Yaokang, the chief port health director of the Port Health Division of the Center for Health Protection announced that the quarantine measures for the World Dream cruise ship have been completed and passengers and crew have been allowed to land.

Liang Yaokang told the media today that the Department of Health mobilized a large number of staff. With the cooperation of the shipping company and the crew, samples have been collected for all crew members yesterday and sent to the laboratory of the Public Health Laboratory Service of the Center for Health Protection for testing of new coronavirus.

Test results showed that more than 1,800 samples were negative for the new coronavirus.
