We've been following the outbreak of unidentified pneumonia at a private clinic in Argentina for 3 days (see PAHO Statement On Argentina's Unidentified Pneumonia Outbreak), and since then the numbers have increased from 6 cases and 2 deaths to 11 cases and 3 deaths.

While details are sparse, the Tucumán MOH website has posted another very brief  statement, announcing an 11th case.
