Crof at Crofsblog has the story from Xinhua news (see Cambodian girl dies of H5N1) of an 11-year old who has apparently died from the H5N1 virus in the eastern province of Kompong Cham, Cambodia.
The girl reportedly fell ill on March 22nd, and died on March 31st.

Posted: 06 April 2011 2008 hrs PHNOM PENH : An 11-year-old Cambodian girl has died from bird flu, officials said on Wednesday, bringing to four the number of fatalities from the virus since the start of the year.
The girl, from eastern Kampong Cham province, died on March 31, the health ministry and the World Health Organisation said in a joint statement.
