I’m seeing this reported in multiple Arabic news sources (here, and here) but have yet to locate an announcement on Qatar’s Supreme Council of Health website. These reports indicate that the 48 year-old has recovered and has been released from the hospital after three weeks of treatment, while the 61 year-old – who fell ill on November 4th, and was hospitalized on the 7th, has died.

The Supreme Council of Health in Qatar for Healing resident (48 years) infected with Corona virus that causes respiratory syndrome Middle East and out of the hospital since received appropriate health care for three weeks.
The Council also announced in a press statement today on the status of the expatriate's death 61-year-old had been suffering from chronic illnesses and infected with Corona virus that causes respiratory syndrome Middle East.
