The Saudi MOH has come through with another informative update, listing 14 new MERS cases, and 5 fatalities. While Jeddah and Riyadh continue to produce the most cases, for the third update in a row we are seeing cases reported from the Holy City of Mecca (see MERS, Mecca & Umrah).
Four of these cases appear to work in healthcare, 3 of which are reported as asymptomatic, and 1 wild mild respiratory illness.
