In the world of epidemiology and public health, very few people have the experience, credentials, and the credibility of Dr. Michael T. Osterholm, Director of CIDRAP, and selected by the US Department of State as one of five 2018 US Science Envoys.

Last January, in Osterholm: NYTs OP-ED - We’re Not Ready for a Flu Pandemic, Dr. Osterholm and collaborator Mark Olshaker wrote about the progress, and the sizable gaps, in our preparedness for the next pandemic.
