The reports of infected travelers coming out of Iran continue to mount, with 9 more confirmed today in Bahrain according to their MOH's twitter account. The MOH goes on to tweet:
Over the past 5 days we've seen nearly 20 exported cases from Iran announced by Canada, Oman, Lebanon, Bahrain, and Kuwait. A number which suggests the number infected in Iran must many times greater than has been reported to date.
