Hong Kong: 3 Coronavirus Cases Listed In Critical Condition

#14,828

While we know that hundreds of people have already died in China, it appears that most people recover, although many have required prolonged hospitalization. What we don't know is how many mild or moderate cases go uncounted.
So far, deaths outside of China have been rare, but we are still dealing with a relatively small dataset, and the vast majority of cases remain hospitalized.  It may take a few more weeks before we can get a good idea of this viruses severity.
Adding to our knowledge base, today  Hong Kong advises that of the 26 confirmed cases they've detected, 1 has died, 3 are in critical condition, and 1 is in serious condition.  The remainder (n=21) remain hospitalized, but are listed in stable condition.
