Japan MOH Announces 12 Additional Domestic COVID-19 Cases

Japan reports another 12 domestic COVID-19 cases, with clusters in increasing in Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Nagoya.  While most cases are older adults, today's report includes two children under the age of 10, and third child over the age of 10. 
Since February 15th, Japan's MOH has changed the way they report cases, with only a brief summary s and links to individual Prefectures reporting reporting cases. 
Those links lead in many cases - not to HTML listings, but to PDF or graphical formats - neither of which lend themselves to machine translation.

Outbreaks of patients related to the novel coronavirus (80-91 cases)
Today (February 21), 12 patients with this new type of coronavirus-related infectious disease were reported from Hokkaido, Ishikawa, Saitama, Tokyo, Chiba, Sagamihara and Nagoya as follows. I will report it.
With this announcement, there will be 105 domestic infections (91 patients, 14 asymptomatic pathogen carriers).
