Japan MOH: 52 New COVID-19 Cases & 3 Additional Deaths

Japan, which up until a week ago had been posting relatively small daily numbers, has seen their cases count more than double over the past 8 days.  With today's additional cases, their total is now 619 domestic cases (excludes Diamond Princess cases).
Over the same time period 8 patients have died, bringing Japan's total to 15 (an apparent CFR of 2.4% including asymptomatic positives).

Outbreaks of patients related to the new coronavirus (504-553 cases)
Today (March 11), the new coronavirus-related infections from Niigata, Saitama, Chiba, Hokkaido, Kyoto, Kanagawa, Osaka, Nara, Tokyo, Hyogo, and Aichi prefectures Fifty patients, two asymptomatic pathogen carriers, and three deaths were reported as follows:
With this announcement, there are 619 domestically infected people (553 patients, 66 asymptomatic pathogen carriers). In addition, one patient has been confirmed in airport quarantine to date, bringing the total to 620.In addition, there are 15 domestic deaths.
