By the provincial CDC testing, specimens of 2 patients are infected with the H7N9 avian influenza virus nucleic acid positive. My Office experts on the patient's clinical manifestations, epidemiological data and laboratory test results are discussed, and diagnosis of human infection of H7N9 avian influenza confirmed cases. Currently, two patients were seriously ill, the hospital is under active treatment.

April 25, 1 new cases of human infection in Zhengzhou city, Henan province H7N9 avian flu confirmed cases.
With Trey, male, 56 years old, people of Zhongyuan district, Zhengzhou city. On April 25, the provincial expert group based on laboratory test results and clinical manifestations and epidemiology, integrated to determine the patient as person H7N9 avian flu confirmed cases of infection. Currently, patients in critical condition, are receiving treatment in a hospital in the city of Zhengzhou.
Close contacts of the case, a total of 7 people are under medical observation measures have been taken, is not unusual.
As of now, all rapporteur H7N9 avian flu confirmed cases of infection in Henan province in 4 cases , Zhoukou City 1 patients have recovered and been discharged.
Thus far, we’ve no word of cases from Shanghai or Jiangsu province this morning.
