While probably much practical difference if you are hit by strong Cat 4 hurricane, or a low Cat 5 Hurricane, Dorian has strengthened to 160 MPH sustained winds, with gusts considerably higher.
As hurricanes go, this is becoming epic.The 8am forecast track has not changed (see below), but interests in South Florida and along the east coast should continue to monitor the storm's progress, as a Florida landfall is still possible.
