South Korea Reports 4th Farm Outbreak Of ASF

For the second day running, and the 4th time in a week, South Korea has announced a new farm outbreak of African Swine Fever. All of the outbreaks have been clustered in the northwest part of the country, within 20-30 miles of their border with North Korea. 
North Korea - which made its one and only ASF outbreak report to the OIE last May -  is rumored to have substantial outbreaks of the porcine virus, but confirmation has been impossible.
The following (translated) announcement comes from South Korea's Ministry of Agriculture (MAFRA) follows:
